At Gallery by Flo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the original, unopened product in its initial packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
